The front desk team sets the tone the moment you walk in—they’re warm, welcoming, and make sure you're informed and comfortable while you wait. It’s rare to find that level of genuine engagement at the check-in counter, and they truly make a difference. A special shoutout to Lorraine, the dental hygienist—she is the best! Even on days when I end up numb for hours and can't speak properly, we still find something to laugh about. Her care, professionalism, and sense of humor make every visit enjoyable (even when my face says otherwise!). Dr. Taka is phenomenal as well. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and truly cares about finding the best long-term solutions for his patients. You never feel rushed or in the dark—he takes the time to explain everything and ensure you’re comfortable with the process. To give you an idea of how much I value this team—I used to live right across the street from the office and quickly fell in love with the care they provide. I’ve since moved to Escondido, but I still make the drive through Temecula traffic just to continue receiving care from East Murrieta Dental Group. Yes, they’re that good.
